- Identify where you are now. Specifically describe the current state of your business, both strengths and weaknesses. Include quantitative measures wherever possible.
- Dream about and then document your vision for your business. What do you want your business (and life) to be like? How will you define success?
- Create an action plan. What is your next step to get where you want to go?
