5 Ways to Simplify Your Strategy & Amplify Your Results
Who wants to get more results while doing less work?
UMMMM YES PLEASE!!!
I am not talking about being lazy. Success doesn’t just fall into your lap after all. Being an entrepreneur is legit hard work. It takes a lot of time and it takes dedication, but there is a way to simplify your strategy while amplifying your results.
Before I go any further I have to warn you… doing less may sound great, but when it comes to following through you’ll resist it. I know you’re a total badass and you want to grow your business, but you think that means you have to do MORE. Are you open to a new perspective?
If so…. I dare you to test this approach. You can thank me later. 😉
Here are 5 ways to simplify your strategy and amplify your results.
Step 1: Set Fewer Goals.
Yup, that’s right – FEWER! It’s all about setting goals that matter. Half the time we chase goals that are not moving us any closer to the end result we desire. Do you have any goals that are distracting you from your bigger dream?
Step 2: Narrow Down Your Target Audience.
It’s time to stop trying to be all things to all people. When you narrow your target audience, your message will resonate so much more deeply with your dream clients and you’ll begin to make meaningful connections. Additionally, unless you have an unlimited time, money & energy, it’s not even realistic to target everyone. So, choose ONE target audience you are passionate about working with.
Step 3: Streamline Your Offers.
It’s tempting to add MORE services or a lot of variations. But the more options, the more overwhelmed your dream clients are. Keep it simple and offer only what you LOVE!
Step 4: Prioritize Your Marketing Efforts.
It’s so common to feel like you’re not doing enough OR to look around at what everyone else is doing… and then add more to your plate. But it’s far more effective to do a few things consistently + well than to do #allthethings half-ass.
Step 5: Work Less
Why did you start your business to begin with? I’d bet that freedom and flexibility were part of the appeal. However, as entrepreneurs, it’s so easy to work MORE —–> aka all the effin’ time. The problem is that working nonstop in your business can actually do more harm than good. You’ll literally hit a breaking point and burn yourself out. So ask your boss (ya know, the one in the mirror) for some time off. Then commit to setting boundaries and being fully present when at work & fully present in life. You’ll be more productive, happier and have a healthier business too!
Trust yourself. Know that you’re doing enough. You’d be surprised how many more clients come to you when you are doing LESS. It’s all about being intentional.
